First, there’s TechEd in Ontario, CA next week. For some reason, the College Board extended an invitation, and MiraCosta faculty can attend for free (a $256 value). Too bad they didn’t do that before a bunch of folks paid, but what the heck.
Then, there’s the TCC 2007 Worldwide Online conference out of Hawai’i, April 17-19. Early registration ($69) has been extended through the end of March. The program is huge!
Immediately after that, I am presenting at the Online Best Practices Showcase & Expo conference at Miramar College, Friday April 20 from 12-5 pm. (All area college instructors — it’s free! no pre-registration either!) My topic is “Interactivity and Learning Styles”. It will be loosely based on my workshop Online Teaching and Learning Styles. Well, very loosely. In fact, I’m not sure what I want to do yet! Any suggestions?
If this were a more personal blog I’d ask, “and what should I wear???”
